Initial Lactation Consultation
$225 · Up to 90 minutes
A comprehensive in-home consultation for new clients. We’ll assess both you and baby, observe feeding, address your concerns, and create a personalized plan to help you move forward with confidence.
Includes:
Parent & baby assessment
Feeding and latch assessment
Weighted feed when appropriate
Oral function assessment
Pumping/flange support as needed
Personalized care plan
Virtual check-in 3–5 days after your visit
Continued text support
Follow-Up Lactation Consultation
$175 · Up to 60 minutes
For established clients who need continued support after an initial consultation. We’ll reassess feeding, review progress, troubleshoot new or ongoing concerns, and adjust your care plan as needed.

Feeding reassessment
Weight/milk transfer assessment when appropriate
Progress review
Care plan adjustments
Continued text support

Prenatal Virtual Consultation
$100 · Up to 60 minutes

For new clients needing support with breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, milk supply, or other feeding concerns that can be addressed virtually.
Need feeding support but don’t need an in-home visit? Virtual consultations provide personalized lactation support from wherever you are.

For established clients who need continued support, troubleshooting, or adjustments to their existing care plan.
Just Need Help With Your Pump?
Flange Fit + Pumping Consult
$35 · Approximately 30 minutes
A focused visit for parents who need help finding the right flange size and learning how to comfortably and effectively use their breast pump.
Includes:
Personalized flange sizing
Pump setup and settings
Comfort and fit assessment
Guidance for getting the most from your pump
Experiencing significant pain, milk supply concerns, or feeding concerns with baby? An Initial Lactation Consultation may be a better fit.

Coverage and benefits vary by individual plan. Eligibility and benefits will be verified prior to your visit.
A few things to know
Home Visits: A $50 home-visit fee applies to eligible UnitedHealthcare plans. The home-visit convenience fee is not covered by insurance.
Additional Babies: For self-pay visits, multiples are +$25 per additional baby to allow additional time for assessment and feeding support.
Medicaid Families: Reduced self-pay rates may be available for families with Medicaid. Please contact Courtney for details.
Don’t see your insurance? I can send you a receipt called a superbill following payment that you can submit to insurance for possible reimbursement.
